REFERRING to the Advertisement in the Hawke’s Bay papers calling for Tenders for the carrying of her Majesty’s inland Provincial Mails, it is therein stated, —-“The Contractors to be bound in a penalty that will enable the Chief Postmaster at any time that the Contractor may fail in carrying out his Contract, to employ a substitute.”—.Additional notice is hereby given, (to prevent any misconstruction), that all Tenders must contain the names of at least two respectable Householders willing to become sureties for the due performance of such Contract for Mail Service.
