LONDON, December 23. Admiral Eozjestvenski has sent to Paris three of the Dmitri Donskoi’s officers, also Lieutenant Valroid, of the transport Kamschatka, as witnesses before the commission. Lieutenant Valroid is the bearer of Admiral Eozjestvenski’s second very circumstantial report. Lieutenant Valroid declares that he personally saw two grey torpedoboats, and is certain they were not Eussian. The Paris correspondent of the “Standard” reports that a wireless message, intercepted from the Eussian fleet, has come into the British Government’s possession.
