The s.s. Fanny arrived from the coast yesterday morning with a load of wool, which was transhipped to the Bakaia. The as, Weka left for Moeangiangi early yesterday morning and returned last evening with a load of wool. The Union Company’s s.s. Herald arrived in the roadstead from Greymonth yesterday afternoon berthed at the breastwork at 7 pm, the commences at 4 o’clock this morning with the discharge of her cargo of coal and it is expected to despatch her for Greymonth to-night. The Dnion Company’s s.s. Pukaki arrived from Lyttelton yesterday afternoon and berthed at the breakwater. She loaded 2500 sheep and left again for Lyttelton. The Union Company’s s.s. Mararoa is due from Southern ports about noon today. She is advertised to leave at 2 p.m. for Northern ports and Sydney. The Onion Company’s s.s. Hawea is due from Southern produce ports about 4 p.m, to-day. After discharging 93 tons cargo and 600 sheep she leaves for G isborne and Auckland. The s.s. Eahn was due last night from Timarn with produce. A favorable report was received from Wairoa yesterday evening, to the Tangaroa was to leave at midnight last night. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s s.s. Bakaia finished loading in the roadstead last night and left for Wellington. 'ihe Union Company’s s.s. Te Anauis dne from the North early on Monday morning and leaves the breakwater at noon for Wellington and Southern ports. '1 he number of British vessels respecting whose less reports were received at the Board of Trade during the month of November and the number of vessels lost are ae follow:—Sailing vessels: 53 lost, 89 persons drowced.
