Wellington, Wednesday.

The brig Fairy Bock, bound from Meroury Bay to Dunedin, put in here in a damaged condition, having been badly kaooked about in the recent gale. All the deck fittings were swept away and several Bails blown to pieces. As the vessel had three feet of water in the hold the captain derided to run before the gale, and managed to reach Wellington without further mishap. Her cargo of timbor will be discharged here iv order to ascertain what repairs are necessary.
