The effect of the order is that the lato Major Kemp is declared to be entitled to division 14 of Horowhenua block, subject only to such dealings, the validity of which have been established, and the registrar must issue a title as to Sir Walter Butler's claims. By section 10 of the Horowhenua Block Act it is provided that upon a certificate being issued to Major Kemp all Sir Walter Biiller's dealings in relation to tjie block 'must also be registered.
