FRANCE AND ENGLAND.
[NEW NAVAL DEPARTURE. Beceived January 11, 0 a.m. Paris, December 10. The new French submarine torpedo boat, Gustave Zede, designed for torpedo work below the surface of the sea, made a successful voyage from Toulon to Marseilles. Another vessel of a similar kind iB now being built, to be able to travel for an indefinite time under water.
