(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.— COPXBIOHT.) London, May 30. On the arrival of the Hon. Rlehard Seddon and party at London yesterday they were met at the Boston railway station by Messrs H. F. Wilson and W. A. Baillie-Hamllton, of tho Colonial Office, and driven to the Hotel Cecil in three Royal caniages.

At tbe military tournament the New South Wales Mounted Rifles defeated a detachment of ths British Regular Cavalry in wrestling on horseback, The Right Hon. J. Chamberlain, who was present, congratulated the officers on the smart appearance of the colonials. Colonel Lassetter afterwards dined with Mr Chamberlain, [Rocolved June 1, 12,15 a,m,] May 31. Tbe Standard states that the Duke of Sparta has been invited to attend the Qaeen'j Jubilee celebrations, Sir George Grey welcomed Mr Seddon. MELBOURNE, Monday. An extensive ptogramme has been arranged for tho Jubilee, oommenoing with military and naval oburoh parades on Jnne 20th. The festivities will be continued throughout tho week, and will Inolude- Governor's receptions, levdas, review of forces, torchlight and other processions, illumination of parks and publio buildings, lutes, patriotic concerts, sports, &c.
