At a meeting of the New Zealand Kennel Club it was decided so write to the Kennel dabs la the Australian oolenlea with a viow to ascertaining their opinions f.a to the adviiableness of importins a first-class English judge for all the »howß in every ooloriy,, and inquiring what proportion of the expenses involved they {would be prepared to contribute. Amonßst other matterß Incidentally dla> cruaed was the probability of a great federal *« show being held iv Sydney or Melbourne, at whloh New Zealand doga would likely coKpote, and the advlßableness of having a competent veterinary ■rergeon at every bliow. It waa decided that the. winner of these championship* ehonld be given tbe title of " champion. -'
