HOW TO VOTE.
For the information of those who hay a never bpfore voted at a Parliamentary election we may explain that the names of Messrs Cunell, Snfcton, and Swan will appear on the billot papers, Two of these must be struck off. If only one is scored out the paper will be classed as informal, and the vote throwp away. Mr button has retired from the contest, but it) will still be necessary for his name to be scored oat. The name of the candidate for whom the elector wishes to vote must be left untouched, und the pencil (which will be supplied to all voters in the booth) must be drawn acroas the other two. No other mark must be made, and above all the voter must not sign bis or her name.
