Mr Kennedy has boen returned for Beualla by a majority of 60 over Colonel Templeton. Tkw is the second election for the Barue seat during the last few weeks, On the last occasion Colonel Templeton was declared elected on tbe casting vote, of the returning officer, bub the election was annulled, and fresh writs wert) issued^ 1 '
