The Procureur's indictment against Genoral Boulanger recites the particulars of his career in Tunis, hiß machinations to obtain, the position, of a Minister, the circumstances under which he was compelled to _>tu_ ftOM th? Rimy, -QfJ.his
complicity with the proceedings of th Patriotic League. The Government in* tended to arrest him while leaving bis house on Tuesday morning, and had told off 20 police commissioners for the duty, hut Boulanger was warned in time, and escaped at 2 o'clock in the morning.

April 6.
The Government have ordered the arrest of General Boulanger should he return to France. In his second manifesto the General says that tbe indictment accuses him of frequent instances of seditien previous to entering the Ministry, and therefore his colleagues were culpable of condoning the offence. He expresses himself confident that the next general election will place him at the head of tho national party,
