Sir Cbarles Russell, continuing bis speech before the Parnell Commission, stigmatised the Attorney-General's conduct in bringing charges of complicity in murder against Mr Parnell without evidence to support them as unworthy of a member of the Bar.

Miss Mary Anderson is reported to be recovering. Tbe statement tbat she is suffering trom mental affliction has been denied.
