Sir, — I should like, through the medium of your columns, to put one question to Mr Cornford ; that is, why did he not, on finding that his witnesses were not available before the Revision Court, ask to have the hearing of the objections adjourned till Mr Hamlin returned from Wairoa I It 'seriously concerns him to be able to give a satisfactory answer to this question, and it is one which everybody is asking. The Act makes special provision for the adjournment of the Court, and there would have been no difficulty in getting it adjourned. — I am, ivc., G.
