POST OFFICE, NAPIER.

Hails Close at the Chief Post Office as follows :— For Thames and Auckland per s.s. Southern Cross, this day, at 7 p.m. For Wellington, Southern provinces and Australian Colonies, per s.s. Itangatira, to-morrow (Tuesday), at 4 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, ke., via Suez and Brindisi, per s.s. Rangatira, to-morrow (Tuesday), at 4 p.m. For Thames and Auckland, per s.s. Star of the South, to-morrow (Tuesday), at 7 p.m. For Fiji, Sandwich Islands, America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, &c via San Francisco, on Monday, 4th June, at S a.m., per liotorua. Money orders and registered letters will close at 5 p.m. on Saturday, 2nd June, and books and newspapers at 9 p.m. on Saturday, at 2 p.m. For the undermentioned places every Monday and Thursday at 5.30 a.m. :— Clive, Hastings, Haveloek, Tc Aute, Kaikora, Waipawa, Waipukurau, Danevirk, Norsewood, Tahoarite, Woochille, Foxtoii, Palmeiaion, ■\Vanganui, Taranaki, Wellington and Southern Provinces, &c., Wallingford, Porangahau, Wainui, and Castle Point.
