Arrival of the s.s. Phœbe.

The Circular Saw Co.'s s.s. Phoebe arrived in the roadstead from Wellington yesterday afternoon, after a very favourable passage, fair weather, and comparatively smooth water the whole distance. She also takes up about 20 men who are going to claim their discharge in Auckland.
