Arrival of the s.s. Phœbe.
The Circular Saw Co.'s s.s. Phoebe arrived in the roadstead from Wellington yesterday afternoon, after a very favourable passage, fair weather, and comparatively smooth water the whole distance. She leaves this port to-day, taking up the women, children and the baggage of the detachment of troops that was lately stationed here. She also takes up about 20 men who are going to claim their discharge in Auckland.
