The late Boat Accident.— lt will be seen from the account of the fatal accident in the roadstead, upon the occasion of embarking the 70th regiment, as furnished to the Southern Cross by the officers of H.M.S. Eclipse, that four men lost their lives, instead of three, as reported in Napier to have been the actual loss. The fourth man mentioned is Corporal Kelly, but we are iuformed by those well acquainted with the non-commissioned officers, that there was no corporal of that name in the regiment. We still fear, however, that four men lost their lives by this disastrous affair.
