WINDS AND WEATHER. The weather during the week has been comparatively mild, exoept Tuesday and Wednesday, the days named in the predictions of Mr. Saxby. Tuesday was very windy, with showers of rain in the evening ; while Wednesday was cold, with strong breezes, and a shower of hail.
