SATURDAY, NOV. 23. The Court gave judgment this morning in the following cases : —

CTinrltonv. Kennedy.

The Judge expressed disapproval of the course pursued by defendant in having purchased the horse, knowing it to be mortgaged, and in having afterwards retained it. But the original mortgage deed referred to not having been produced — only a copy of it — plaintiff was nonsuited.

Worgpm v. Kennedy. Judgment for the plaintiff for the sum claimed and costs— in all £29 17b.

Charltonv. Qlenny. The Court adjudged that the horse should be returned to the plaintiff, with costs, £4 ss.
