INFORMATION" having been laid before me that the Run held by Thomas Condie under license from the Provincial G-overatnent of Hawke'e Bay, dated Ist July, 1859, has not been stocked within the required time as is provided for in the 7th Section of Clause XI of the Land Regulations ; and that a transfer has been made of the said license in contravention of the Ist and 2nd Sections of Clause XIII of the said Land Regulations : Notice is hereby given that a Court will be held at this office, on Monday, the 17th day of December next, at noon, for the purpose of investigating the 1 matter, at which time and place all persons interested are to attend.
