TO THOMAS CRAIG, Carpenter, Auckland, Or whomsoever it may concern. npAKE NOTICE, that I, the Undersigned John JL Alexander Smith, owner of Sections 210 and 211; Town of Napier, intend forthwith to erect a dividing fence between my freehold property and that belonging to you (Sactions 248 and 249, Town of Napier,) in conformity with the Act of tl c Provincial Council for the Province of Wellington, Session 1, Number 13, and I herebj' require you to assist in erecting the said dividing fence within thirty-one days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same, and call upon you for payment of one half the cost of erecting or making the whole of such dividing fonca. HHAKE NOTICE that I, the Undersigned John X Alexander Smith, proprietor of Section No. 240, Town of Napier, intend forthwith to erect a dividing fence between my freehold property and that belonging to you (Section 239, Town of Napier,) in conformity with the Act of the Provincial Council for the Province of Wellington, Session 1, Number 13, and I hereby require you to assist in erecting the said dividing fence within th'rty-one days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same, aud call upon you for payment of one half the cost of erecting or making the whole of such dividing fence JOHN ALEX. SMITH. Dated at Napier, this loth day of April, 1859. A TREE AND EASY will be held at the 'Chaucer Tav\ern,' on TUESDAY the 19th inst., and to continue during the Winter Months.
