LICENSING MEETING.

The adjourned annual licensing meeting took place on Tuesday, the 29th ult. The 13ench consisted of W. Ogdvy Esq., acting Resident Magistrate, G. S. Cooper Esq., and J. B. Ferguson Esq. It will be remembered that, at the former meeting, a licence was granted for the Victoria Hotel, situated in Onepoto. The other applications were all referred to the adjourned meeting, at which, they were severally granted, viz. : — EISTEWAIS, Andrew Arthur, Settlers' Hotel, Clive Frederick Dyelfc, Waipureku Hotel, Clive Daniel Munn, Royal Hotel, Carlyle Street Richardson & Charlton, Ahuriri Hotel, Napier NEW HOUSES. Bernard Ferrers, Golden Fleece, Hastings Street John Marshall, Ahuriri Settlers' Hotel, Shakespeare Soad. John Henry Sebley, Chaucer Tavern, Carlyle St. Henry Sherley, Bird in Hand, AYaghorn Street James Stewart, Royal York, Port Napier.
