We have kept the "Extra" open to the last moment that our limited appliances will permit, with the view of at once publishing, on the arrival of the "Wonga Wonga," the final state of the poll. Strange to say, however, the steamer has not made her appearance. Announced to sajl on Monday, the 1 6th, several passengers held themselves in readiness for her arrival.
