Land Sale. —We take occasion to remind our readers of the approaching sale of Rural Lands, particulars of which will be found in our advertising columns. We believe that the introduction of an agricultural class into£the District would be an important element in its present prosperity, as well as in its future greatness. We also believe that the interests of the pastoral and of the agricultural settlers, will not conflict with each other. We trust, therefore, that the "small farms" to be put up on the 26th prox., will be bought by men who purpose becoming "small farmers," and that, ere long,'grain will form a prominent item iv our list of productions.
