It is officially announced that Sir David Murray Anderson, Governor of Newfoundland, will be the next Governor of New South Wales. Lady Andersen who founded the Personal Service League in Newfoundland, has done much toi'elieve distress. London friends pay a tribixte to the social genius and delightful pei’sonality of Lady Anderson, who gives her energy and enthusiasm lavishly for social welfare work. Her brother, Mr Cecil Teschemaker. is en route to New Zealand aboard the Tamaroa, which left Southampton oix November I.
