JURY FAILS TO AGREE
MARRIED WOMAN CHARGED JUDGE ORDERS RE-TRIAL (By Telegraph— Press Association.} HASTINGS, Aug. 22. After a retirement of four and nquarter hours the jury failed to agree to-day in the case of Frances ' Mtllicent Lorrigan, a mgrried vornait of Hastings, who pleaded nofc guilty to a charge of manslaughter. A .••e-trial will begin next Wednesday. Lorrigan is charged with causing the death of Christina Margaret Hamsay at Hastings on March 16 last loan unlawful act, and alternatively with usi,ng an instrument unlawfully on Christina Margaret Ramsay,
