ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
DUFF CUP FIXTURES. Fixtures and referees for to-mor-row’s play in the Duff Cup Soccer competition have been arrafnged as follow: Thistle v. Hawera at Hawera, Mr E. Linnell; Moturoa v. Manaia at New Plymouth racecourse, Mr G. Lawrence ; Albion v. Stratford at Fitzroy Mr G. E. Roper. The Hawera team will bo as follows: Fraser, Longstaff, Lobban, Barker, Cockerill, Griffin, James, Campbell, Thompson, Frampton, Ogden and Coe. In the primary schools’ competition, Turuturu will play Hawera Convent at 1.15 o’clock as a curtain-raiser to the Hawera-Thist 1 e match at JKing Edward Park. Tawhiti will play Scouts at 10.30 a.m.
