The balance-sheet showed a credit of £4O. Mr R. S. Vercoe (Dunedin) was elected president. The position was offered to Mr C. E. M. Mackie (Christchurch) but he declined, saying that lie was going "to England.’ for a visit at the middle of next year. The conference adjourned to permit the delegates to visit Massey College.
