THOUSANDS WATCH GERMAN SHIPS

ALMOST ENTIRE STRENGTH (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 2.30 p.m. to-day. BREST, June 27. The most important naval manoeuvres since the war began to-day, when 56 warships representing almost the entire strength of the navy was drawn up in Dournenez Bay for inspection. Thousands watched a moelc seaplane bombardment, searchlight exercises and manoeuvres. Though not connected with Germany’s naval plans, they are considered appropriate in the circumstances.
