CAIRO, June 27. “Britain’s unlawful interference in the constitutional problem” is the sub-’ ject of a strong protest in a Wafd manifesto, pointing out that British official declarations affirmed that the constitution was a matter for the Egyptian King and nation. It adds that interference will injure AngloEgyptian friendship and urges the Goverpment and people to support the struggle for constitutional rights.
