T. Rees by, os 6d (13s); Taranaki Chain Stores, Ltd., v. R. Marshall, £3 2s 2d (£1 7s Gd); I. J- Bridger v. Cliff Rao, £7 5s (£1 10s Gd) ; Taranaki Chain Stores. Ltd., vl D. Caudish, £1 3s 3d (8s); C. A. Wilkinson, Ltd., v. A. Ansley, £lO 19s Gd (£2 14s) ; Taranaki Chain Stores, Ltd., v. R. A. Ward. £2 9s lOd (£1 3s Gd); John Guv, Ltd., v. Joseph Thomas, £2 18s 2d (£1 3s Gd). A claim for £95 19s made by A. R. Kemp against J. A Rankin was adjourned for two months. Mr P. J. Coleman said a settlement for a small amount had been agreed upon, and an adjournment pending completion was asked for.
