> * ■ PARTY MEMBERS’*MEETING MOTION TO WORK TOGETHER (By Telegraph—cress Association.) DUNEDIN, June' G. ' A representative meeting of members of the Reform and United Party organisations was held to-niglit, when the Hon. F. Waite, M.L.C., outlined the steps that had so far been taken in •consolidating the' forces supporting the National Government. At Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and in many country electorates, joint meetings had been held. After a general discussion of the political situation it was agreed that there would be no difficulty in working together at Dunedin. The following motion was unanimously agreed to: “That this meeting of Reform and United supporters at Dunedin is of the opinion that party -differences should cease and agrees to work harmoniously together in one organisation in support of National Government candidates.”
