THREE OTHERS DETAINED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 10.30 a.m. to-day. TOKIO, May 7. A message from Kobe states that M. A. Pierce, former police commissioner in Los Angeles, who was caught in a police net and detained for eleven days, charged with photographing a fortified zone, was fined thirty yen. The three Shanghai foreign residents continue to .be held as suspected of spying during their yacht cruise.
