RAWHITIROA GOLF CLUB

MEMBERS’ ANNUAL MEETING. SUCCESSFUL YEAR REPORTED. The third annual meeting of the Eawhitiroa Golf Club was held on Tuesday night, Mr B. Tipler the junior. The runnersup were D .Knuckey and S. Knuckey respectively. The women champions w r ere Miss E. Belcher (senior) and Mrs F. Gave (junior) and the runners-up were Mrs D. Knuckey and Mrs H. Belcher.

The club thanked Mr R. J. Knuckey and family for permitting the use of their grounds and shed free and for assistance when the occasion arose. The auditor, Mr E. G. Smith, was thanked for the capable manner he did his work, while all trophy donors were also thanked. Special thanks were given to the ladies for their efforts. The subscription is to be the same as last season, as also are the green fees.
