The Manchester Dispatch says that reports reaching England state that the West Indies tests were played in a more bitter spirit than the last two Anglo-Australian series. The trouble originated in restrictions imposed on fast bowlers’ methods, in which occasional lapses increased the tension. A semi-official inquiry is likely. The Mirror states that the Notts club {will be given full fixtures in 1936, including matches with the five counties concerned in the ultimatum.
