Following a marriage ceremony solemnised in the Friendly Rload broadcasting studio, Maitland John LeeSniith Sinclair, aged 39, appeared m the Supreme Court for .sentence tor bigamy. “This is a serious case ol bigamy,” said His Honour. Mr V. N. Hubble, who represented the Crown, said the prisoner was at present undergoing a term ot six months’ imprisonment for disobedience of a maintenance order made in respect of his wife. ' , Sinclair was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment with hard labour. to be concurrent with the term he is now serving.
