INDIAN VILLAGE BROADCASTS, NEW SERVICE INAUGURATED. (United Frees Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright}. Received 11 a.in. to-day. LONDON, March 7. The Times Peshawar correspondent says the first Indian village broadcasting scheme was inaugurated at Peshawar by Sir Ralph Griffith, Governor of the North-West Frontier Province. His speech in Pushtu was clearly heard by the Pathan population of the border villages. Lectures on hygiene, agriculture and education and also current news will regularly 'be broadcast. . . ~:'J'
