General Graziani has been appointed Governor of Italian Somaliland, replacing Signor Rava, whose work Signoi* Mussolini praises. General Graziani already has arrived in Somaliland. One thousand members of the air force, mostly volunteers, have embarked for Somaliland, indicating that a total of 200 military planes have been sent.
