A Brilliant Galloper. That Rulanut is quite as good as Australian reports credit him with being he clearly proved yesterday. Having his first start for almost two years, lie simply outclassed the opposition to win very easily. For a horse that has done a season’s, stud duty and is literally as fat “as a seal,” it was a really amazing performance and it makes one wonder exactly how good is this son of Chief Ruler. The race should benefit him considerably and he must now* be given a seeond-to-none chance in the SV.R.C. Thompson Handicap next week.
