BRITISH INDUSTRIES FAIR
RECORD ATTENDANCES (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Feb. 25. Last week’s attendance at the British Industries Fair at Olympia and White City created a record. During six days 70,124 buyers attended, this being an increase of 7742 on the number for the first week of the fair last year. The attendance of the public on Saturday was considerably more than 16,0C0 and was the highest attendance for any one day since the inception of the fair in 1915. So large was the crowd at the White City that the entrances had twice to be temporarily closed.
