Sir Phillip Cunliffe Lister, in answer to a question, undertook to publish all documents dealing with the tin regulation scheme relevant to reports by a world economic conference on the subject. Replying to Air J. C. Wilmot’s inquiries about the alleged connection of those in the operation of the tin scheme and those recently involved in the pepper and shellac gambling operations Sir Phillip said that the tin scheme was in no way connected with anv other commodity.
