ELABORATE BARRACKS

An elaborate series of barracks is being erected 30 miles west of the city, where there were formerly only fields. Twelve huge blocks can be seen on one side of the road and nine oil the other, excluding wooden structures apparently designed to be aeroplane hangars. Nazi guards forbid approach.
