New Zealand’s first member of the Company of Veteran Motorists, the entrance qualification for which is 10 years’ driving without a conviction, is Mrs E. Brown, 29 Connaught Terrace, Brooklyn. She has just received her badge for 15 years of blameless driving. The Company of eteran Motorists is a British organisation, the founder and head of which is Sir Malcolm Campbell. It was recently formed in the interests of safer motoring. The badge, a silver V with arms enamelled in white, is designed as a radiator cap.
