£l5O For Using Premises For Opium Smoking WELLINGTON CHINESE (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, To-day. Ngan Kum Tong was to-day fined £l5O for permitting his premises to be used for the purpose of smoking opium, in default three months’ imprisonment. He was found on the premises with two other Chinese. Each was fined £3O, two more £2O each and several others £l2 10s each.
