REORGANISATION PETITION
DORMAN, LONG AND COMPANY. CHANCERY COURT HEARING. (United Prenri Association- -By Electric Telegraph Oopy right. > LONDON, Dec. 1. After six days’ hearing in the Chancery Court Mr Justice Maughan refused petitions for reorganisation or Dorman, Long and Company, involving a reduction of capital from £ll,248,000 to £1,750,000, and the amalgamation of the South Durham Steel and Iron Company. Subsequently Mr Justice Bennett in the Chancery Division granted a debenture-holder permission to apply for leave on December 8 to serve a motion to appoint a received for Dorman, Long and Company.
