WINOOKA NEEDING SPELL. . THREE MONTHS IN VIRGINIA. ANOTHER RACE; TO-MORROW. NEW YORK, Nov. S. *Rufe Naylor informed the Australian Press Association that AVinooka would run only one more race, a seven furlong sprint at Pimlico on November 11, before being sent under the care of Sullivan to a stock farm in A'irginia for a three months’ spell, resuming racing in the East in March and possibly proceeding to England in July. Britt, Poison and Naylor will return to Australia by the Mariposa on November 15. Their plans for coining to America -again are still indefinite. Naylor expressed the opinion that yesterday’s race had AVinooka under a disadvantage, due to the cold and the American mud, to which the horse has not taken kindly. Naylor felt that the American -trip, although not a profitable one, was not altogether a failure.
