AIOSOOW, Nov. 7. With Al. Stalin standing on top of Stalin’s tomb 60,000 Red' troops with mechanised equipment filed through the Red Square in celebration of the sixteenth anniversary of the Russian revolution. The assistant Commissar for War, instead of a speech, just remarked that the parade was sufficient additional warning to those to whom Al. Alolotov spoke. Subsequently 8000 workers formed a procession in the square, carrying banners and effigies mocking capitalistic and ecclesiastical leaders. Rain and sleet did* not dampen, their, enthusiasm.
