LONDON, Nov. 7. A jury of the King’s Bench awarded £98,550 damages to-day against the Austin Motor Company in an action relating to a motor-car. with sunshine roof patent, after a hearing lasting for IF days and involving total costs estimated at £15,000. The Mechanical General inventions Company and Edouard Lehwess sued Sir Herbert Austin and* the Austin Motor Company for allegedly using confidential information connected with their sunshine roof design, and in order, to obtain the patent themselves committed a

breach of agreement relating thereto. The jury found that there had been a breach of agreement.
