DUTY ON GLUCOSE
OPPOSITION FROM AGENTS (By Teiegrnpa —Fresa Association.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 7. The Tariff Commission proposed the imposition of a duty of 25 per cent, on foreign glucose. This was opposed bv Levin and Co., agents, for Corn Products Refining Company, New York. Glucose at present is admitted free except for primage duty.
