On the motion of Mr Cobharii, it was resolved that a working committee, consisting of Messrs. Fanthairi, Bate, -Nolan, Hunter, Duff, Robbins, Brett. Yorke, Finlayson, Jackson J. L. Wilson Laishley, Stent and Ross be appointed, with power to add to their number, to draw up rules for the guidance of the association, to secure the services of stewards and officers, to Arrange for the use of a suitable show ground, and generally to take all necessary steps for a show to be held next spring. King and Robbins were asked to act as auditors for the first vear and Mr Cobham was elected treasurer.
