Received 12.45 p.m. to-day. ■LONDON, Nov. 6: The Uruguayan Ambassador conferred with the Japanese Wool Association with the object of exporting Uruguayan wool to Japan. Freights previously were an insurmountable obstacle "thereto, but it is hoped shortly to make a trial shipment. It is Understood the quality of the wool meets the Japanese requirements.
